Discover Intag Coffee in different roast levels, so you can choose the profile that best fits your brewing method and taste preference. Each roast expresses a different side of the same exceptional coffee from Intag Valley, Ecuador.

Light roast — the bean talks. Bright, fruity, floral, sometimes tea-like. You’re tasting the origin: the soil, the altitude, the variety. High acidity, complex, alive.

Medium roast — a conversation between bean and heat. Sweetness develops, acidity mellows, body fills out. Caramel, nuts, chocolate. Balanced and approachable.

Dark roast — the roast talks. Bold, smoky, bitter, oily. The origin flavours are mostly gone, replaced by roast character. Think dark chocolate, ash, intensity.

Grown under shade and cultivated in harmony with the cloud forest ecosystem, this specialty coffee delivers a clean and complex cup. Depending on the roast level, you’ll find brighter fruit notes, balanced chocolate and caramel sweetness, or a deeper and fuller-bodied profile.
